Welcome to our consultation website where we are seeking your views and input into our proposals for Stanwell Hotel, 171 Town Lane, Stanwell, TW19 7PW.
The proposals will upgrade the hotel, through a £10 million investment by Splendid Hospitality Group, to meet modern standards. Splendid work with major brands such as Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott as well as running successful independent properties. Our planned investment will prepare the way for alignment with an internationally regognised franchise brand dedicated to business and leisure guests.
These plans will increase the number of rooms at the hotel to 96 by expanding the roof of the original building 1. and adding a single storey extension 2. This will help secure the hotel’s future as a key part of the village economy and a local employer.
